1. The basics
- No expiration. JP Custom Leatherworks gift certificates never expire.
- No fees. No activation, dormancy, or maintenance fees — the full value stays yours until you spend it.
- Spend it in pieces. Use a certificate across multiple orders; any unused balance stays on it.
- Covers everything. Certificates apply to products, personalization, and any shipping or tax on the order.
2. Redeeming
Enter your certificate code at checkout. If your order costs more than the certificate balance, pay the difference with any accepted payment method. Having trouble with a code — including a certificate purchased on our previous website, which we honor in full — contact us and we'll get it applied.
3. Cash and refunds
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If you return an item you bought with a certificate, the refund goes back onto the certificate (see our Returns & Warranty policy).
4. Treat it like cash
Anyone with the code can spend it, so keep it safe. If a certificate is lost or stolen, contact us — if we can verify the original purchase, we'll void the old code and issue a replacement for the remaining balance.
