Every custom piece is handmade to order — current lead time is posted on the homepage each week. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your gear ships.
Can you stamp my department logo?
Yes — email us your artwork and we'll turn it into a custom stamp. Custom image stamps are available on straps, shields, and most gear.
How do I care for my leather?
Wipe down after heavy exposure, let it dry naturally (never on a heater), and condition with our Leather Conditioner a few times a year. Full care guide ships with every order.
What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
Materials and craftsmanship, for the life of the gear. If a rivet pops or a stitch fails on the job, we make it right.
