Last updated: [[EFFECTIVE DATE — set at launch]]
The short version: we collect your name, contact details, shipping address, and what you order so we can make it, ship it, and stand behind it. Payment goes straight to our payment processor — we never see your card number. We do not sell your information or run third-party ad trackers, and we only email you marketing if you signed up (unsubscribe any time).
1. What we collect
- Order information — your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, the items and options you ordered, and any personalization you provide (names, numbers, department, text).
- Artwork you submit — logos, images, or designs you send us for custom stamps and custom gear.
- Payment — handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. Your full card number never touches our systems; we receive only a confirmation, the payment method's last digits, and billing details needed for the order.
- Messages — what you send through our contact and bulk-quote forms, by email, or by phone.
- Newsletter signup — your email address, if you join the list.
- Technical basics — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs IP addresses and browser information for security and troubleshooting.
2. What we use it for
- Making, shipping, and delivering your order, and sending you order-status emails (confirmation, in-progress updates, shipping notice with tracking).
- Honoring our Lifetime Guarantee — we keep order records so we can look up what you bought, years later, when you make a warranty claim.
- Answering your questions and preparing bulk quotes.
- Sending marketing email only if you signed up for it. Every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your orders.
- Preventing fraud and meeting our legal obligations (like tax records).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the shop, and only what they need to do their job:
- Payment processing — our payment processor handles your card and its own privacy policy applies to that. [[TBD: name the processor once chosen — Stripe is the current candidate]]
- Hosting and database — the website and our order records run on managed infrastructure (Cloudflare and Supabase).
- Shipping — we pass your name and address to our shipping platform and carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS) to deliver your package.
- Email delivery — a transactional email service sends order and marketing emails on our behalf. [[TBD: name the email provider once chosen]]
Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if the law requires it (for example, a valid legal request) or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies and browser storage the site needs to work — things like keeping your cart together. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
One honest note: our site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google sees your IP address and browser information in that request, as described in Google's privacy policy.
5. Artwork and personalization
We keep the artwork and personalization details from your order so we can make it, fix it under warranty, and remake it easily if you reorder. Your artwork stays yours (see our Terms of Service). If you want us to delete artwork you submitted, just ask.
6. How long we keep things
- Order records — kept long-term, because our guarantee is for life and tax law requires us to keep sales records for years.
- Messages — kept as long as useful for helping you, then deleted in the normal course of business.
- Newsletter email — kept until you unsubscribe.
7. How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS, our databases restrict access to authorized use, and card data is handled solely by our payment processor. No system is perfect, but we deliberately keep the sensitive stuff (like card numbers) out of our hands entirely. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as New Jersey law requires.
8. Your choices
- Marketing — unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or just tell us.
- Access, correction, deletion — email us and we will tell you what we have about you, fix what is wrong, or delete what we can. We may need to keep some records anyway (completed-order and tax records, or anything else the law requires) — if so, we will tell you what and why.
9. Children
Our site and products are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be called out on the site.
11. Contact
